My primary goal is to assist clients in finding peace in the midst of conflict and challenge. My practice is focused on working with individuals and couples on relationship issues.  I work with adults in all phases of their relationships:

My Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree from Boston University. I have completed the North Carolina Family Financial Mediator training and am trained in Collaborative Divorce Law.

I have worked as a therapist for 15+ years in a variety of settings with different populations. My experience and skills are best suited to working with adults in short term  individual counseling, couples counseling and  relationship and divorce coaching with a solution oriented approach to addressing challenges through the use of my client's innate skills and resources,working from a strengths perspective.
